Amazing XR offers a variety of VR experiences for Public Events, Private Events, School & Educational Programs and Sports Coaching Programs throughout NT, Australia.

By far the most popular of all our experiences! Players move around in the same space at the same time playing the same game! We highly recommend the 6m x 9m arena as it allows for the most players (up to 10) at the same time, adding to the super fun camaraderie experience.
Our most popular private events have 2 groups of 10 people in a 6m x 9m arena over 2 hrs - allowing each group have 2 x 30 min gameplay sessions. All our games have high replayability and most people want to keep playing again and again resulting in 20 happy participants.
Our most popular public events with high traffic have 12 groups of 10 people in a 6m x 9m arena over 3 hrs - allowing each group to have 1 x 15 min gameplay session resulting in up to 120 happy participants.

REMEMBER: Allow half a meter safety buffer all around the arena - check your room measurements and be sure you have the space required as per the table above.
TOTAL # OF PARTICIPANTS: Allow 15m-30m per person such that each person may play at least 1-2 games at your event. Replayability is super high and everyone will want to play again if time allows.
Our co-space arena games include: Arrowsong, Quantum Arena, Cybershock, Dead Ahead, Escape from Aurora, Espionage Express, Cooked Up, Versus and more.
Let us know when booking your event if you have any game preferences for your particular event OR let us choose the most ideal game for your event. Participants may vote for which games they prefer if time allows.
Please send us a photo and measurements of your airconditioned room so we can see if it is suitable for our co-space gaming.
SHARE THE COST:
We charge on a "per event" basis. You may consider getting a group together (for a one off or a regular monthly event) and spreading the cost such that each participant pays you to contribute to covering the total cost of the event. Our fees are approximately $30 per 30 minutes of game play. We suggest rotating people every 15min-30min such that each headset would service 2-4 people per hour. The number of headsets that can be used at the same time is determined by the size of your arena (see the table above)
eg. A 6m x 9m arena can support 10 players at the same time x 4 (30 min) sessions over 2hrs means you could spread the cost over 40 people. For larger events we suggest 15 min sessions such that the same arena could entertain 40 people per hour (80 people over 2hrs).
Note: If sharing the cost, as the organiser of the event, t is your responsibility to pay the full cost of the program to Amazing XR regardless of how many people attend on the day.
2. Individual Boundary Gaming
Participants play a variety of solo games within their own individual boardaries. Some of our Individual boundary games can be played as multiplayer however each VR headset maintains it's own "individual boundary" such that players are in different areas whilst playing the same game.
Our individual VR games give participants an opportunity to see their scores... inspiring them to measure their progress to achieve a personal best score.
Venue Requirements: Each headset requires at least 2.5mx2.5m. Please send a photo and measurements of your airconditioned room so we can see if it's suitable for our individual stationary or free roam games and how many headsets we may be able to set up.

3. Themed Experiences
Themed experiences are specifically chosen to suit your event. Following are some suggestions:
Art - Multibrush (create your own 3D art and walk around to view it from every angle)
Creative events - Minecraft, Multibrush, Cubism
Space - Mission ISS (visit the international space station and feel what it's like to be an astronaut)
Sports - All in One Sports (basketball, boxing, darts, tennis, squash, archery and many more sports)
Christmas -Santa Sleigh Ride Game (race to deliver as many presents as you can down the chimneys)

4. Sports Coaching Programs
Boxing: We work with boxing coaches who deliver conventional boxing programs and facilitate the use of VR headsets throughout the program. We utilise "The Thrill of the Fight 2" app to attract new students and to develop their fitness and boxing technique. Participants get a real workout so make sure you have a good air-conditioned venue with the temperature set as cold as possible! More info here.

5. School & Educational Programs
The Amazing XR team can deliver computer programing workshops and link youth to relevant organisations to facilitate STEAM career pathways.
We are the Northern Territory representatives for Mindflight7 and would love to chat with your school/library to explore how we can support you to set up your short or long term VR education programs. Mindflight7 have created lesson plans (with links to the Australian curriculum) for busy staff/teachers, and provide timely professional technical support that is second to none.
